NOIRS Homes creates custom-made furniture, which means returns are generally not possible unless the product is defective. Our products come with a 3-month warranty.

Return Policy for Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you must request a return within 3 months of purchase via our contact page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Since all our furniture is custom-made for the client, no returns are possible unless the product is defective.
